We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.

Refunds & Replacements Will Only Be Issued If:

Your product arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Your order was lost in transit and verified by the carrier

Refund Request Window:
You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged/wrong item (if applicable)
A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, etc.).
Americana Peptide is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
